We discuss your goal and agree on a focused scope.
You see the work and give feedback along the way.
We verify the agreed flows and plan the handover.
SaaS development means building the software your business runs on, a web-based system for the work you repeat every day: orders, stock, customers, payments, staff tasks and reporting. Instead of renting generic software and bending your process around it, the system is shaped around your workflow, your roles and your rules.
I build focused business software such as operations workspaces, inventory and order systems, customer records and dashboards, the same kind of systems behind my own projects, including BagFlow for bag businesses and MedStoreCloud for medical stores. Each project starts with one connected piece that works end to end, then grows module by module.
Not every business needs custom software, and part of my job is saying when an existing subscription is the smarter buy. If your process is standard, keep the subscription. When the work no longer fits the tools, repeated manual steps, data copied between tabs, reports nobody trusts, custom software starts paying for itself.
If a standard off-the-shelf tool already does the job well, I will tell you to keep it. Custom software is also not an overnight build, it suits businesses ready to define their process and review it in stages.
Discuss Your SituationCustom software is priced by scope, not by the page: the modules you need, the user roles and permissions, the integrations, and the reporting. A focused first version covering your core workflow costs far less than building everything at once. Once we map your workflow together, I can give you a clear, itemised scope, I don't quote invented figures before understanding the work.
We build and review one connected piece at a time, so you see working software early instead of waiting for a single big reveal at the end. The timeline for each stage is agreed with the scope before development starts.
Buy while a standard tool genuinely fits. Build when your process, pricing or reporting needs are truly different, or when the workarounds around a subscription cost more time than the software would. My build-or-buy guide (in the related reading) walks through the decision honestly, including the cases where my answer is to keep paying for the subscription.
An explanation of the workflow you want to fix: who does what, where it slows down, and what a good result looks like. Screenshots or samples of your current spreadsheets and tools are genuinely useful here, they show the real process, not an idealised one.
Yes. The software is built around your process rather than a generic one, and the handover explains what is complete and how the system is operated and maintained, so your team can run it day to day without guesswork.
That is how it is designed to work. We launch the focused first version, keep the wider roadmap separate, and add modules later as their own agreed scopes, when the business actually needs them.
